In the process of making container houses, new types of materials are basically used. These materials have good performance stability during use, and the overall weight of the container house is relatively light. During use, the interior of the room can be simply arranged as a whole. Secondly, the service life of this product is also particularly long. Therefore, nowadays, some common duty rooms in our daily life are all built with this kind of container house.
How to avoid the impact of high temperatures on container houses?
Good heat insulation effect is of course the key. The following measures are generally taken for insulation in container houses:
1.The outer layer is a relatively high-strength color steel plate, and the inner layer is lightweight insulating material polystyrene foam. It is a new type of building material formed by pressing the color steel plate through an automated continuous forming machine and bonding it with a relatively high-strength adhesive. It has excellent properties such as light weight, good mechanical strength, heat insulation, sound insulation, good corrosion resistance, resistance to water vapor penetration and weather resistance.
2. For container houses, T-shaped keels can be used as the main keel in the light steel keel frame, serving to lift the frame of the ceiling keel and install decorative panels. L-shaped keels can be used as side keels, mainly to connect the ceiling fan ribs with the east, west, south and north walls or column walls inside the room, and also to partially install decorative panels. After the suspension rods are fixed to the floor slabs with tension screws, If the ceiling has additional loads or large planes or surfaces of objects, U-shaped load-bearing keels are required. That is, after the installation of the hangers is completed, first use U-shaped load-bearing keel (main keel) hangers to connect the U-shaped main keel with the hangers, and then use T-shaped keel hangers to connect the T-shaped longitudinal keel with the U-shaped main keel. This is quite beneficial for lowering the temperature in summer.
3. Increase foam thickness: In practice, the higher and thicker the foam of the container house is, the stronger the heat insulation effect will be.
4. The excellent thermal insulation performance of rock wool in container houses is a fundamental characteristic of rock wool and slag wool products. Under normal temperature conditions (around 25℃), their thermal conductivity is usually between 0.03 and 0.047W/(m · K).
