Do not disassemble the components of the prefabricated house without authorization
After the container house is completed, do not remove or rebuild individual walls at will as in traditional houses. Because once some bolted components are removed in the wrong way, it may lead to some inevitable chain reactions. If consumers are very eager to add or remove partition walls, they should first contact the prefabricated house manufacturer before proceeding with the work.
2. Install electrical line isolation equipment
Container houses are composed of light steel planning components connected together. When installing household circuits, the circuit cables must not be placed directly on the exposed surface of the light steel components. Install insulation devices such as conduits and cable troughs to prevent electric shock accidents. When the surface of light steel components ages and falls off due to exceeding their service life, users can carry out repainting to remedy the situation.
3. Pay attention to fire prevention
The common building materials for container houses are mostly color steel plates and foam boards. As these materials are not heat-resistant, special attention should be paid to fire prevention in mobile houses. When using a heater for heating in the prefabricated house, it is essential to install fire-setting equipment. Any open flame activities such as electric welding must be kept away from the prefabricated house. Try to minimize barbecues and setting off fireworks around the prefabricated house.
