Workers only need to hold it once. After the front door and rear window are fixed, the side panels can be directly opened. 2-3 people can complete the installation.

The first step: Before hoisting, first find the horizontal plane at the predetermined position and fix the crane hook on the four large lifting heads on the top of the folding packing box.
Step Two: Use a crane to lift the folding packing box to the designated position. After placing it, remove the packing corner posts at the four corners. Hang the crane hooks on the four corner heads and slowly lift them up. With the help of human power, stretch a 3-meter surface to insert the 3-meter wall panel into the slot. After the heads return to their original positions, the three people work together to push up the 6-meter wall panel. If the board gets stuck during the outward pushing process, you can adjust it by moving the crane and pushing the 3-meter wall board outward. Push the 6-meter wall board on the other side in the same way.
Step 3: Then, fix the four columns to the upper and lower frames with Allen screws. Use a No. 14 wrench to install one in the middle screw holes of each column. Next, take out the No. 12 Allen screws and use a No. 10 Allen wrench to install them above the columns. All eight corners at the top and bottom need to be fixed, and each corner requires six Allen screws. Finally, we fix the middle part of the 6-meter wall panel with 75# drill tails (1-2 pieces).
Step 4: At this point, the overall frame of the folding packing box has been fixed. Then, we enter the room for construction. After entering the room, we first install the downspouts at the four corners, then install the corner protectors and apply sealant. Finally, we plug in our two connecting power cords, making it more convenient and easy to install the air conditioner. The remaining four 10-amp ordinary sockets are all installed on the walls on both sides. Finally, the door lock is installed. The installation work both indoors and outdoors has now been completed. After installation, there are no missing seams at the joints, and all sockets and switches have been concealed for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
